What causes arthritis disease-
Cartilage is a solid yet flexible connective tissue present in joints. And this tissue protects it by giving a shock every time there is pressure. If the amount of cartilage tissue is not current or has decreased, then the chances of developing Arthritis in the person increase significantly.
If the body’s immune system attacks the tissues present in the body, then a person may experience Rheumatoid Arthritis.
What are the four types of Arthritis-
Gout is a disease related to inflammation. Gout disease occurs in many forms. There are 100 types of gout diseases, ranging from mild to severe. If, for some reason, the production of this acid starts increasing or it cannot come out with urine. So its quantity starts rising. And when its amount starts expanding, it reacts with sodium to form a chemical compound called sodium urate. Which gradually accumulates between the joints causing stiffness and swelling, and pain.
This arthritis disease occurs after the age of 45. This disease is the origin of this disease due to excessive stress, lifestyle, and environmental pollution.
