Yoga and exercise for the eyes

 

There are many such exercises for the eyes, which you can do to increase your eyesight. We will do some of these exercises today. By exercising, our eyesight increases very quickly, as well as the water that comes into the eyes, and the burning sensation goes away with exercise.

 

This Yoga Asana is beneficial to relieve eye fatigue and increase light.

 

Due to more mobile running of our eyes, it starts decreasing due to excessive use of a computer. To increase eyesight, today we will learn some Yogasanas, which will make our eyes much better than before, so let us learn them today.

 

  1. Tratak Kriya-

 

This is one such action which we can easily do at home.

To perform Tratak, choose a room in which there is a lot of darkness.

Now by laying the mat on the ground, sit in Siddhasan, or Sukhasan.

Sit down with your back straight.

Now light the candle and keep it parallel to the eyes at a distance of 3-4 feet from you.

Now fix your eyes on the burning low.

Keep watching this low for 1 minute.

Keep in mind that do not do it too much at once, gradually increase its time.

After watching for 1 minute, come back to normal position.

 

Blinking the eyelids to increase the eyesight-

 

  1. Sit comfortably in one place.
  2. Now keep your eyes open.
  3. With what speed now open and close your eyes.
  4. After doing this action 10 to 15 times. Give your eyes a rest.
  5. Repeat this action three to four times.
  6. You can do this action anytime.

 

  1. Looking to the side-

 

  1. To do this exercise, sit comfortably.
  2. Move the thumb of both your hands to the right and left as shown in the picture.
  3. Now first of all look to the left, take care not to strain your eyes too much.
  4. Now slowly move the eyes towards the brother, stay for 5 seconds.
  5. Now slowly come back to normal position.
  6. Do this action three to four times from both sides.

 

  1. Looking up and down-

 

  1. Keep your body straight.
  2. Now slowly pull your eyes upwards as shown in the picture. Do not put too much strain on the eyes, staying upwards for 5 seconds.
  3. Now slowly look down and hold for 5 seconds.
  4. Now slowly come back to normal position and close both your eyes.
  5. You can do this action anytime.
  6. You repeat this action three to four times.

 

  1. Turning the eyes round-

 

  1. First of all sit straight and keep the neck straight.
  2. Now move the thumb of your hand slowly around your mouth as shown in the photo.
  3. Keep in mind that your hand will be straight, you have to start your hand comfortably from above and slowly bring it down.
  4. First of all, you will take the thumb up, then slowly move it to the right, then take it down, then towards the left, then again towards the top.
  5. In this way you will make a complete circle.
  6. Do this action twice from both the sides
  7. You can do this action anytime.

 

By regularizing all these actions, your eyes will be guaranteed to heal. If you start using it every morning and evening, then within 15 days its results will start coming in front of you. That is why keep in mind that before doing these, you should ask a yoga teacher or doctor. By doing all these activities under the supervision of a yoga teacher, you will be able to get more benefits in less time.
