Do these three pranayama to stop hair fall in 2022
Hair fall has become a common thing in today’s lifestyle. This fast-paced lifestyle has given us a better standard of living than ever before. But there are some drawbacks to this lifestyle too, these deficiencies have given us many problems like tension, depression, high blood pressure, diabetes. One of the most serious diseases among these diseases is hair loss. Hair fall has become so fast that most people have lost their entire hair.
If we do not take care of our hair, then this problem can also become serious in the coming time. The biggest reason for hair loss is stress and anxiety. Due to excessive stress, hair starts falling rapidly. Nowadays, the shampoos and oils that come on the market contain the most chemicals, due to which our hair falls rapidly.
Our food has also become so unbalanced, due to which depression remains, there is anxiety. And because of this, the hair falls. A balanced diet helps in hair growth. If we do meditation every day, then the blood flow in our body is good, due to which our hair fall stops.

- Bhastrika Pranayama

Stop hair fall with Kapalbhati Pranayama –
- Sit on the yoga mat in Sukhasana or Padmasana.
- Keep the spine straight.
- Place both the palms on your knees.
- Keep both the palms open towards the sky.
- Now take a long deep breath two-three times and exhale deeply.
- Inflating the stomach while taking long deep breaths.
- Now while exhaling, stick the stomach inwards.
- Apply as much force as you can bear.
- Now repeat this action as often as possible.
- Take a long deep breath and keep exhaling the breath outward with a jerk, the inhalation will keep coming automatically.

Stop hair fall with Bhastrika Pranayama-
- Sit on the yoga mat in Sukhasana or Padmasana
- Keep the waist, neck, back, and spine straight.
- Keep the body absolutely still.
- Without moving the body, make a sound from both the nostrils and inhale.
- While making a sound, exhale from both the nostrils.
- Breathe in while making a loud sound and exhale while making a sound at a fast pace.
- This action is called Bhastrika Pranayama.
- In this, the breath is taken in with a jerk and the breath is released out with the jerk.
- Do not apply too much force to your body.
- Do this pranayama for 4 to 5 minutes.

Stop hair fall with Nadi Shodhana Pranayama-
- Sit on the yoga mat in Sukhasana or Padmasana.
- Now bring the fingers of the right hand in front of the mouth.
- Gently place the index and middle fingers in the center of the forehead. The pressure put on both the fingers,
- Now the thumb should be above the right nostril and the ring finger should be above the left nostril.
- Both of them in turn control their breathing by pressing the nostrils.
- First of all, by pressing one nostril, breathe through the other and then repeat the same process from the other nostril.
- If there is a pain in your hands, then do this exercise with the other hand.
- Do this pranayama for 5 minutes.
- Doing this pranayama in the morning gives more benefits.
- By doing this pranayama, hair growth happens quickly.
