2. Get a good sleep by doing Balasan-

- Lay the yoga mat on the ground.
- Sit on the Mat
- Slowly keep both your legs folded under your hips.
- Both your heels will be mixed and the claws will be open on the outside.
- Sit comfortably on both the ankles.
- While inhaling, raise both the hands up.
- Now slowly place both the hands on the ground.

3. Get good sleep by doing Shavasana-

5. Get good sleep by doing pranayama-

Sit on the yoga mat in Sukhasana. Close both the eyes comfortably. Now take a long deep breath and exhale deeply. Pay full attention to your in and out breath. Concentrate on the whole body. Sit in Sukhasan for 15 minutes. You must do this pranayama before sleeping at night and it is auspicious. By doing this you will get good sleep at night.
